Three positions outdoor gyms:
RIDER:Strengthens the muscles of the arms, legs and waist, abdomen, back and chest. Improves the movement of the limbs and cardiorespiratory efficiency.
AIR WALKER: Improves the mobility of the lower limbs, balances and coordinates the work of the whole body.
BENCH: It strengthens the abdominal muscles.
